Circulation Services
Circulation Services assists library patrons with the location and circulation of library materials. Functions include loaning and returning of books and other materials. These also includes reservation of books, renewal of library materials and collection of fines and other charges, research reservation, recalling books that were checked out, re-shelving of library materials, and maintaining order in shelving areas.
Computer and Internet Access
The Library is equipped with computer units with internet access.

List of new acquisitions, announcements and other library information updates are displayed in the Library Bulletin Board and may also be viewed at the Library Facebook Page (@MOH Cebu Library)
Library Orientation and Instruction Services
Library orientation and instruction services refer to helping the students to feel aware with the facilities and be comfortable with services available, with the location of collections, and with the people. It is conducted to all students, especially the freshmen and transferees during the opening of classes.
Suggest for Purchase
The library accepts recommendation for purchase to add to the library collection. A suggestion for purchase procedure enables Library patrons to request a particular item be purchased by the Library. It is the library’s intent that suggestions for purchase be used to help the library in developing collections which serve the interests and needs of the community.
